  Had a QR code in the app for $6.99 sub. 2 guys working at the counter. Neither one knew if I could use on two subs. Decided to go ahead anyway. Subs were made as asked. Looked at the receipt in the car. $7.99 for the first sub and 12.29 for second. I went online and communicated through the ai in the app. I received a message from the manager who said “I cannot give you a refund for a product that you consumed and ordered at the store.” I did not consume it at the store. In fact, I did not consume it for another 45 minutes as I drove home. I had extra mayonnaise added to my sandwich. I had several vegetables that you think would soften the bread. It did not. I had the Italian bread that had to have been at least a few days old as it was hard and difficult to even take a proper bite. The manager said he would educate his employees that only one coupon could be used. Maybe he can educate them on how to determine and not serve stale hard bread. Or he could be cutting corners because the place was pretty empty when I was there. Maybe that should have given me the red flag I needed to see. If it’s empty, don’t go there. Lesson learned.

  Very clean and customer service is top tier here. Very welcoming staff and food is always served fresh. I will definitely continue to come here.

  Would never go again. I was in Saturday night with my husband. The skinner gentleman in the baseball cap took our order. I had to repeat myself a couple of times. This gentleman seemed like he was high or something. Didn’t care how my sandwich was made. Didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. The worst experience ever.

  Ordered doordash recently and got a steak sandwich delivered. The steak tasted AWFUL. Like it was freezer burnt, then defrosted until soggy. It was actually disgusting.. Had at other locations and never had an issue. So disappointing, ESPECIALLY for the price.
