  Every time I go at night, the guys and girls are great, treat me with hospitality, and don’t question what I get. They let me know bacon and extra meats are extra. I’m ok with it, but I decided to get it this morning, and I get a sub with extra meat and bacon. Then I get myself a wrap like normal. This old lady tells me I can’t get extra chicken, then tells me it’s extra, and I respond with, “I’m ok with it, throw it on there.” So then she still continues to tell me I can’t have that. I guess this morning, the “make it what you want” slogan doesn’t apply to my wrap.

  I bought Tuesday special it was tuna the scope were very small I requested another scope the young man said $1 I was charged $1.50 when call had concern I talk to manager she said he said round and about it cost 1.50 every subway i visit they don't serve small amount of tuna only in Maricopa exploiting the customer

  Great customer service manager in red shirt asked me if i ordered or need any help really welcomed me in the store today at 12:06pm and i had issues with the app then i was sweating so hot went to bathroom and thats when she asked me as i was walking by fast and efficient service very pleased coming in and getting my lunch and thanks again to the manager for asking me if i need to place order or if i made online order they made it right aways from my online order amazing i will be back

  Had a QR code in the app for $6.99 sub. 2 guys working at the counter. Neither one knew if I could use on two subs. Decided to go ahead anyway. Subs were made as asked. Looked at the receipt in the car. $7.99 for the first sub and 12.29 for second. I went online and communicated through the ai in the app. I received a message from the manager who said “I cannot give you a refund for a product that you consumed and ordered at the store.” I did not consume it at the store. In fact, I did not consume it for another 45 minutes as I drove home. I had extra mayonnaise added to my sandwich. I had several vegetables that you think would soften the bread. It did not. I had the Italian bread that had to have been at least a few days old as it was hard and difficult to even take a proper bite. The manager said he would educate his employees that only one coupon could be used. Maybe he can educate them on how to determine and not serve stale hard bread. Or he could be cutting corners because the place was pretty empty when I was there. Maybe that should have given me the red flag I needed to see. If it’s empty, don’t go there. Lesson learned.
