    I was greeted with a smile upon entering by the person who serviced me. I was helped immediately after the transaction before me instead of standing awkwardly waiting for "next" to be called out. My interaction was friendly and helpful. Attendant wasn't annoyed with my inquiries and clearly explained my options. I was offered and accepted to become a member. This will be my new home for my shipping needs.
