  The UPS in Gladden Farms has two of the kindest, helpful employees! It’s seriously a breath of fresh air in today’s world. Thank you Maritza and Colton. Keep up the good work. This world needs more of it!!!

  Poor Service from Tasha . After Tasha was finished with the customer in front of me . It was my turn I gave her 2 boxes of trade in phones to be mailed back to Verizon And there was a customer behind me as well . She was looking up and scanning my stuff in and Tasha turned to the customer behind me and asked if she needed any help and I said wait I just waited in line and she said I was asking if she had a Amazon pkg . I said I need you to finish with me first and she called me rude and then the customer behind me said I was rude . I’m like WHAT ? I will never step in that UPS store again ! Zero customer service in this store ! I am appalled that she called ME rude ! What is going on with this world ! I was patient and waited for my turn finish with one customer at a time and don’t get other customers involved ! I will never walk in that place again !

  I came in with a couple items to ship and Colton was extremely helpful and patient. I don’t send a lot of packages so I had questions and even provided the wrong zip code, but he was friendly and walked me through my shipping options. Happy I stopped here instead of trying to figure out what to do at the post office!
