  I've been coming to this location for nearly 10 years. The owners and everyone working there have always quickly helped me, working efficiently when there's a queue. Because I am a box holder, I've been able to utilize their notary services for free many times. Very happy with previous owners and the new owners have upped the service level. Very professional and courteous.

  I brought in a package to ship the afternoon on August 8th and was only given pricing for air shipping, the associate never mentioned ground as an option or provided a ground rate. I was charged $108 which was the cheapest option I was given. I thought that seemed high but I’ve never shipped a package here before. I didn’t realize what had happened until I got home and reviewed the receipt, about 15 minutes after leaving. I called the store immediately, but was told the package had already shipped and nothing could be done. Not being offered a lower cost shipping option that clearly existed, and having no way to correct it minutes later feels like a complete scam. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with UPS corporate
