    Was good but going down hill I jsit paid 3 dollars for avacado and you can't put it on I'll go to another location and add my own please do things right this is the 5 time

    There was an issue with my order when I ordered ahead (which was quite large) and they went and made it for me right there even when the order still hadn’t come through when my card was already charged. The workers were very understanding and helpful even though it was a very stressful situation. Special thank you to Darrell for everything!

    It clearly states that you can place the order either online or in person. So I went in and showed the oriental kid what it said online. He said um we will figure it out. I asked what did he mean by that as he’s making my subs. I even joined the sub club. Needless to said I did not leave with lunch for me and my father. After he already knew that i wanted the BOGO footlong subs he then tried to make me order it online I told him I was paying cash and that deal was why I chose subway. Now I’m starving and mad. Do not go to this location horrible customer service! Thanks for nothing. You have a lot to learn about customer service. I will not be back. And I will tell everyone i know not to go to your location. One bad review will spread quicker than wild fire.

    Horrible experience!! We had ordered online , they got our meal wrong we asked for it to be toasted ( it was indeed not toasted) we went to go get it fixed but instead the employee Perla had just dug inside our sandwich made a mess and said she couldn’t do a refund or remake . The Employee Perla and Angie gave us a hard time while they were on their phones making fun of the situation like kids .. as if it comes out there check and said they couldn’t remake due to “my manager said we can’t give out free product” which it was never giving out free PRODUCT we just wanted it remade ! SMH ! Never ordering here again .
