The people that work at this location are great! This was my first time at this location and I was greatly amazed at how polite, respectful, and efficient the 2 ladies working there were with all of their customers! (I’m new to the area and was doing an Amazon return)

Miss Laticha siler helped me print out a lot of papers today. I really appreciate her patience and her willingness to keep trying even when the printer gave her such a hard time she deserves a raise. Also, some of the other staff did land a hand so I appreciate the team that they currently have!

The staff has always been rude when I go in. I wish there was another close to use but there is not. The manager always seems annoyed and has attitude towards people. He has argued with about stuff and when I show him my proof he just gets more upset because he was wrong. Each time used the notary, the price was different, so the consistency is not there either. The efficiency of the staff is lacking and the wait always seems to be more than it should be. Very disappointing service from a brand that usually is at the top for customer service.

My friend and I were having some issues printing forms We were so lucky to have Laticha she was not only patient but so kind . She went out of her way to help us and suggest things to help us . For next time . She made it so easy and she did it with that million dollar smile. Thank you Laticha you are truly a kind and helpful person . Make her the manager she really knows how to provide excellent customer service .

Wow walked through the door went to kiosk and the older african american lady blocked me and said "wait in line" and i was confused as there was no line for kiosk only 1 person on one kiosk. Then she says again rudly "wait in line". I said there is no line she says over there as this is closed. Only line I saw was a long line for counter. Just was not necessary for her to act that way. So as I waited in line I saw other people use a kiosk and i guess she was saying a line for one kiosk. Another customer came in for kiosk and she rude to them like me and gave them a double "wait in line" . I couldn't help but after waiting in line, on may way out door I leaned over and whispered "just to let you know your tone is rude and just wanting to give you feedback to check" . I hope she processed and she responded. In a high pitched voice "Have a good day". Which I could appreciate even though sarcasm.
