  They are so rude here the ladies that work here. I don't wanna go there again. I went in to try to see about fixing my phone, it seemed like they didn't bother caring. They tried to charge it, then said I had to pay money, even though I have insurance on the phone. I even said I know there manager nancy. They said that's our boss. It seemed like it didn't bother them. I have been with cricket for quite some time now and I have never had a problem, until going to that store. Then they offered me a wireless charger for $40 and then tried a %10 discount, which was basically taxes. I mean, I appreciate the help, then after I purchase it, says out loud no refunds or returns like so quickly. I'm like uuhhh. Ok. Then. I felt like I was being rushed out of there and higher pay then what the original price for my wireless charger is, because when I got in my car, the box had been scratched, where the price of it. That's crazy! I'm like I didn't scratch it. Never even opened it. I don't wanna go to that location ever again.

  Will the lady's are really nice and are very helpful. The catch yes always a catch you do have to pay the activation
