I rarely leave negative reviews, but after today's experience, I felt it needed to be said.
I stopped in during my short work break, and the customer service was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The employee had a bad attitude, acted irritated when I made a small change to my order, and practically threw my sandwich onto the counter. It made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply ordering food.
I work with customers every day myself, so I understand that everyone has stressful days. But when you choose to work in customer service, professionalism still matters. If you're unhappy with your job, don't take it out on the people who are supporting the business.
The sad part is this isn't the first time. Almost every visit, no one greets customers, no one smiles, and the atmosphere feels cold and unwelcoming. A simple "Hi, how are you?" goes a long way.
I hope management takes this as constructive feedback because this location has the potential to be much better. Customers deserve to feel welcomed, not like they're bothering the staff.
