  I’m not even surprised to see that there are already bad reviews on this subway location. I would highly recommend the subway in Showlow! every single time I go to this certain subway location, they never greet me with a smile, they never even say “hello” ask how I’m doing even though I do. the other day I went in and tried to order a foot-long Italian sandwich and the woman behind the counter, took out cheese and herbs bread, and when I asked her for plain Italian, she looked at me like I was an alien from another planet and treated me like I was stupid, and as if Italian bread has never existed in the history of the Earth. her older coworker comes over and they both share a very obvious look to imply that I’m being difficult and that I am stupid and it made me feel very confused that they were upset serving customers in their customer service job. I won’t be coming back here again and I would highly recommend that the higher management reprimands those girls or hire people who can actually do the job well! I’ve had many other negative experiences here, but this was the most recent and what prompted me to leave a bad review, which I don’t normally do. On top of the fact that the food was very subpar when that’s not normal for Subway in my experience.

  Don't come here if your looking for good friendly customer service because there won't be any! The tall lady with a bun is extremely rude to customers and doesn't know how to work fast to be able to move people out the door and is super pushy when trying to build your sandwich definitely won't be returning to this location

  if you have a choice to choose which subway to go to.. pick showlow.. we didnt feel all that welcomed, no hello, or thank you or even friendly small talk.. usually I say thank you after every interaction of a purchase but with how that service was I had to walk away an not say anything felt so wrong to do that.. maybe in the next couple months it might change.. 🤔 guess its just a wait an see..

  Last couple times food tasted terrible . Talk to a friend he said food was not very good. Neither of us will be going back !
