  It’s crazy to see all the reviews complaining about wait times yet these are the same people who come in twice a week to return 10 items. Maybe if you and your friends stopped abusing amazons return policy the rest of us who do one return a month wouldn’t have to wait as long. It’s not the staffs fault that way too many people abuse and over use Amazon’s return policy. Staff is kind and helpful

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. My package was lost, and although the tracking showed “proof of delivery,” it was actually rerouted somewhere else with no explanation. When I went to get answers, the employees were unprofessional and not wearing name badges, which made it impossible to know who I was speaking with. To make matters worse, I was told my package was at the post office when it should have been delivered to the UPS Access Point. No one could explain why this happened or where my package actually went. This experience was completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of accountability and professionalism.
