  Stayed here for couple weeks for work in the Mine. When I first entered room, SHEETS ON BED WERE NOT CHANGED OUT, only fixed to look clean for laziness of housekeeping. Disgusting. Later that night, I laid in bed to try and sleep; found bed bugs in my bed as I was laying in the bed. Brought the pillow to the front desk with the bed bugs crawling on it. And she bagged it and moved me to a different room. Next day, someone was put into the room. Next room we got switched to had no toilet tissue. Called front desk that evening and he said he wasn't allowed to leave the desk. I work front desk at Hilton, I know he can which is WHY THEY HAVE A "Will be back, assisting a guest" SIGN AT THE DESK WHEN THEY ARENT THERE!!! Do not leave anything behind! I accidentally forgot my expensive stuff in the rr on checkout day. Called 2 hours after I left and was near Phoenix. Said they'll call me back to ask the housekeeper that was assigned to that room. Never got a call back. Next day, I called them; they said the same thing. No call back. I called again; same thing. Called again and they were dodging my calls and not answering. Finally a month later; i called AGAIN; they said the housekeeper did not find anything. I asked the front desk if this is a normal thing for housekeeping to keep our things or to throw it away without putting it in a bag with a room number for the Guest it belongs to. I work with Hilton as Front desk so I know the policy on guest leaving their belongings in rooms. Front desk clerk was rude and hung up on me and said he didn't have time for this. I asked him if this is how he treats his guest and if this is his Customer Service / Hospitality. Then got hung up on. Hot tub wasn't working. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE and in rooms!!

  Barb front desk representative is Amazing very Kind and Caring Made our stay perfect!!! Thanks Barb we will be back... We love the pool side rooms and the pool and hot tub is why we visit!!!

  My husband and I live local and have been staying here this week because of a plumbing problem. They are accommodating for dogs. That's really the only good thing I have to say. It's pretty clean. My main issue is that it's really hot in the halls and room part of the hotel. Amazingly when you get to the desk area and the restaurant it's nice and cool. I was told that it's just this way this time of year. I don't buy it. When I stay in the room and continue to fiddle with the air when it goes off,it's fine. When I leave and come back, even if I set it to stay at 75, I com back and it's 78 in the room and takes a couple of hours to cool back down. The free breakfast is not an incentive to stay here. It's not very good.

  The stay wasn't good and the beds are very old and need to be replaced. There are slowly redoing thing into this place but isn't going fast enough to my standards. We stayed a 5 nights but was disappointed that the housekeeping didn't give us clean towels or even came into the room to clean when we was out. I don't recommend staying here at all and YES! they do to that they have cockroaches in the hotel. Please 🙏 see my pictures above that I personally took the last night when I was there. This post will stay up until I get fully reimbursement for my stay!

  A very comfortable stay The dining room food and availability of dining hours was the BEST. Must be great for those who gulf. Very peaceful and quiet area but 2 minutes away are all the shops that you need. I wish they cleaned room daily. That service is lacking. It was my 2nd time staying there. I will choose it again next time I visit my grandkids.
