  Mariah was super helpful Also, she’s very nice. She really made my day. She helped me from the start to finish. Making sure that I got everything taken care of. Very happy with my experience at the store

  The owner was very rude with me. He didn’t help me with the label which I have a heavy item that I cannot return. He just go back and come back again.

  I’ve always had good experiences at this UPS Store, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I was helped by a newer employee. I did not catch her name but she was a bit on the heftier side with shorter dark hair. I honestly had the worst experience I’ve had here. She was rude, had an attitude the entire time, and acted like helping customers was a burden. To make it worse, she was on her phone at the register while helping me, which felt really unprofessional and disrespectful. She also seemed to be giving coworkers trying to help her a hard time, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable to watch. I do want to say that the rest of the girls here are amazing. They’ve always been friendly, helpful, and great to deal with, and they’re honestly the reason I keep coming back. This experience felt completely out of character compared to the service I usually get here.

  I want to recognize Angela at this location. She is an exceptional young woman. This location is very busy, but she never fails to give each customer a warm smile and treats everyone with care. She’s very professional, knowledgeable and she moves those lines very fast and you never feel rushed. Kudos to Angela, she’s the best. Please clone Angela and do whatever it takes to keep her she adds value.
