  3 people working, I had questions regarding self service kiosk. They seemed irritated to assist me. Then she just walked away. No help whatsoever.

  I've been to this store a number of times for Amazon returns and that always went well. Yesterday I was there to for them to pack and ship a Kindle Scribe going from Goodyear AZ to Gallatin TN. According to Google AI, this should have cost me $25 - $45. To me that's a reasonable price for something about the size of a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and which weighs 14 oz. They charged $94.38 for this (UPS ground getting there in one week). 2x - 4x what was reasonable. The basic issue: They didn't have the correct size box. They didn't even have one that you might use to ship a laptop. They used a 12" cube box and added 10 pounds or more of packing material (at least that's what they said they were going to do. The shipping cost was based on a 14 lb box). They should have sent me elsewhere since or charged me for what they should have done (pack it and ship it in an appropriately sized box). Good for Amazon returns. Bad if you want them to pack and ship something.

  This store sucks now. Five years ago it was the best UPS store you could go to. Now it has bad Customerservice employees that look miserable 99.9% of the time and it’s always overpacked. The two lines separating the customers is confusing as heck.

  I am new to the area and this is the closest UPS store near me and I hate it. Those kids do NOT know what they are doing. I mail the majority of my packages on Monday and Tuesdays and this week another one yesterday (Wednesday). 2 of the packages I mailed off Tuesday are in Illinois and the other still says it's here! I used the EXACT same shipping method and picked the same date for delivery so why is it still sitting? On Tuesday, we even asked when will these go out, she told us at 7pm, mind you it is 2pm at this time but whatever. Yesterday, we asked a different person and he said they go out at 5:30pm. Which is it? Several of my packages have been ruined regardless of the Fragile stickers all over the box which in turn is costing me more money. Oh and to file a claim is a joke, oddly, it always says to try again later so we eventually give up. I feel as if we are getting this type of service because we use Pirate Ship for the discount since I ship a lot. I will have to go somewhere else that is dependable because this place needs a more organized way of shipping!
