  You know, shipping a box generally is a banal experience, but I just had the most lovely and helpful interaction here. So first, I could barely get the box in the door and Alexis (sp?) rushed over to help me. I didn't have my paperwork straight and she was kind and patient and she listened to my story. She's a great human and I really deeply appreciated the customer service and the connection.

  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store shipping some artwork out of state. Shipping art can be a little nerve-wracking, but the staff here was exceptionally professional and friendly, which put me at ease immediately. They really took the time to personalize the experience rather than just rushing through the transaction. There were no surprises—just great customer service and a lot of competency when it came to the actual packing and shipping. It’s rare to find a team that is both this skilled and this nice to work with!
