On July 2, 2026, at 1:45pm, I visited this establishment. I did not record the names of any staff members, as none were wearing name tags. The senior staff member present appeared to require additional training in customer service. When I inquired about my sandwich toppings and explained my preferences, he consistently contradicted my requests. Initially, I assumed this was an oversight; however, he persisted in ignoring my instructions. For instance, I requested a small amount of mayonnaise, but he applied an excessive quantity, roughly splattering it onto the sandwich. It appeared as though he was intentionally disregarding my instructions, although I avoided causing a scene. As a result of this experience, I have decided not to patronize this location in the future and plan to visit a different nearby branch. I believe it is important to document this incident for management review in the hope that appropriate measures will be implemented.
