  Bought 2 subs. Do not order anything from this location that has green bell peppers. Found a worm. Threw both sandwiches away. Didn't even tell anyone. Couldn't be bothered. Also too stingy with toppings... Other than mayo. Too much mayo. Do not recommend.

  Posted hours are open until 9pm. At 8:45 the doors were locked while someone was clearly inside working. I understand that 15 minutes is close to closing time, but as a customer the expectation is that the establishment is open until the official closing time. Very disappointing.

  Arrived at this location at 8:37 they said that they were closed but they actually close at 9 pm and refused to make our sandwiches. Will never patronize this location!

  I’ve complained about the cleanliness of this place before by them putting dirty nasty receipts in sandwiches for to go orders which is very unsanitary but the customer service now just gets worse and worse with the young kids they keep shoring. All the girls working there have the worst attitude not friendly not welcoming just look like they all are miserable they need to be working in the back if they are going to be like that. Not a good a face for the restaurant. Just awful customer service. Then they make multiple peoples sandwiches before checking out the first customer. That first customer has been waiting check them out and move to the next. I addressed them about it in a nice way letting them know they can check out the person in front of me and the girl got an attitude about it all because she had to change her gloves again. Attitude just gets worse and worse these days. Be happy you even have a job!

  Got my italian bmt. It had one slice of meat and 1 cheese. The bread way overpowered the taste. I had to add deli meats and cheese to even taste anything but bread. Horrible quality. Quite disappointed. And paid 53 for 3 sandwiches.
