    Ceecee and Nico were great!! Doordash delivered our order somewhere else and the subway staff made it right when I got there. They didn't have to but they did and I really appreciate it. Thank you Ceecee and Nico!!

    Alan was my sandwich maker today and he was absolutely amazing. Kind and very knowledgeable. THE REASON I GAVE THE FOOD CATEGORY ONLY FOUR STARS IS BECAUSE THE NEW FOUNTAIN DRINK STATION ONLY HAS ONE OPTION FOR SUGAR FREE.

    Had a pickup order today showed up at the time the app said… order wasn’t ready they said okay we will start it now.. cool I thought it would’ve been done by the slotted pick up time. I let them make the order doesn’t take long i ended up stepping outside to wait, when i go inside, foods done. when I get home and unwrap my sandwich it was just wasn’t what I was expecting. Made sloppy and with no love. Also asked for extra sauce im pretty sure I didn’t get any on my sandwich at all. Moral of the story teenagers work the weekends.

    Had an online order here and they supposedly already gave it to someone else. Was given a refund but what gives, how are people able to just take an entire order without any verification?

    I walked in and before I was even greeted, I was rudely told that they were not accepting card cash only and that if I had a pickup order, “that’s it.” No hello, no explanation, no courtesy. After that, I walked further inside and the employee turned around, went to the back, and completely ignored me. No acknowledgment at all. The entire interaction felt dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Customer service was nonexistent, and I won’t be returning. How can they have all of these bad reviews and still have not changed a thing.
