  The best decision I have made has been moving from my previous insurance to my new insurance with Jacqueline Preciado with Allstate. I spend over 10 years with my previous insurance literally 4 claims only and all where for broken windshield which I paid for coverage and I had bundle with them mortgage and vehicles and I noticed that every year my premiums where going up and I would call to verify why since I had low claims or no driving tickets, year after year I would get the same answer of well your premiums are going up because there’s to many accidents in your area. That’s when I noticed it was time to look around and being with Jacqueline Preciado at Allstate for few years now and it has been the opposite of my previous insurance my premiums have been going down year after year of course no claims and no driving tickets along with using there easy to use Drivewise app which has saved me money too. Long story short, with Jacqueline Preciado at Allstate you will feel like a valued costumer and premiums will always make sense and there services are 5 out of 5 in person or by phone or via app/online. Totally recommend if your in the same boat I was in a few years ago looking around for a new insurance agent with great services!

  I have been an Allstate customer for over 40 years. I recently discovered through Jacqueline Preciado, Allstate Agent, that a new policy updated to current requirement levels saved me over 25% of my previous policy’s premium.

  Truly an incredible experience working with Jacqueline! We moved our policies from a different insurance company in CO to AZ and with Jacqueline’s expertise we were able to update our policies, add additional coverage AND add an umbrella policy and we are still able to SAVE $2,900 per YEAR! That only happens when you have an expert that’s on your side that knows what they’re doing and willing to explain everything (in understandable terms) and assisted us with getting the previous policies cancelled and the new ones up and going. Professional, polished and personable. I would highly recommend Jaqueline if you’re looking to add, update or change your home or auto policies! Thank you!!!
