  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to take the time to recognize these employees, at the UPS store in Gold Canyon Arizona, DRAKE & KELSEY for providing truly exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me and made what could have been a difficult or frustrating situation so much easier. They were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just do the minimum required—they took the extra time and effort to make sure I was completely taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel like helping you actually matters to them, and that was absolutely the case here. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go out of their way made such a difference in my experience. This is exactly the kind of employee every company should value and recognize because they are the reason customers want to return. Thank you for the outstanding service and for going above and beyond. Your effort did not go unnoticed, and it was sincerely appreciated. You are an incredible representation of what exceptional customer service should look like!

  Great customer service, we had several Amazon returns and some scan to emails. In and out no problem. Super easy, going back to our new go to place.
