I’ve had a PO Box for my business here at this location for some time now and I don’t think I would go anywhere else. The staff is amazing! My wife and son pick up and drop mail off daily and the staff treats the kindly and is very helpful even offering to take packages to the car. Who does that these days. Please take your business to this store. There are not a lot of businesses like this anymore so let’s reward the ones that provide best in class service.

We have had a PO Box at this store for 15 plus years. The owners and employees are great, always helpful. We live 5 miles away and didn't switch to a closer location because we like everything about the owner's, employees, and store. Just a top notch quality experience all around. I highly recommend this UPS Store to my family and friends.

“Delivered” a package that my recipient never received and was also insured. Submitted multiple claims requests and have called this location multiple times without any assistance. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over two months now but they refuse to do anything about it.
