    We have had a PO Box at this store for 15 plus years. The owners and employees are great, always helpful. We live 5 miles away and didn't switch to a closer location because we like everything about the owner's, employees, and store. Just a top notch quality experience all around. I highly recommend this UPS Store to my family and friends.

    “Delivered” a package that my recipient never received and was also insured. Submitted multiple claims requests and have called this location multiple times without any assistance. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over two months now but they refuse to do anything about it.
