  Nice customer service. Roxanne was so patient and the owner Ms. Vi was so attentive. I appreciate their nice attitude. This is my preferred store and I Will definitely come back

  The older lady at this location is horrible. Was so rude to me and the other guy in there today. She also overcharged me for my prints (I print weekly and she charged me an extra $10) for no reason thinking I wouldn’t notice. When I called her out she said she pressed the wrong button. I felt like I was at the DMV.

  This location will key in and ship your package directly back to you and not claim fault or take care of you for the mistake they made to get your package to the correct address. Go to a different store it’s not worth the risk here.

  Charged me $3 to print a prepaid shipping label. I don't own a printer at home, and all the other UPS stores were closed at the time, so I had no choice. Stay away from this dishonest rip-off.
