    Sales associates (2 of them) did not notice that a 16 inch diameter plate would not fit in a a 12 inch wide box. Senior associate then tried to sell me on shipping the plate stuck in at an angle in a taller (but not wider) box, and then tried to convince me that a circle was an “odd shape,” and then tried to blame the junior associate for everything.

    Don’t even bother with this place. They have a bunch of unwritten rules about what they will and will not accept from other carriers. How do I know these rules before I get there?

    Avoid this location like the plague. Angry older clerk working there that obviously doesn't enjoy his job at all. I waited in line for quite awhile until I saw a drop off with the self service station so I used it. It wouldn't print a receipt. He was sitting in the back earlier then came up front "making prints" on the copier. I mentioned it didn't print and he came over in a bit of a huff opened the receipt printer and said "it's out, I will have to replace it" then proceeded to go back to the copier not providing any idea of when he would change the paper in the printer. Meanwhile the line of customers inside had stacked up because the other clerk was going above and beyond to help a customer sort out shipping address. I waited another 3-4 minutes and asked out loud "about how long is this going to take?" He starts to get loud and says I have a store full of customers, I told him I was aware as I had been there the whole time. I pointed out that I merely asked how long it would be so I would have an idea as I had been there for 15 minutes already. He complained that I should do it more politely that he didn't like being yelled at. I pointed out that no one had yelled anything at him. After listening to his bad attitude and ranting, he finally got the paper and the receipt printed out. He is an extremely disgruntled employee whose attitude makes this a place I will not be returning to even though it is the UPS store closest to me.

    Amazon return- store mislabeled my packages and Amazon recharged me over $35 for items that I returned. Store is sloppy, disorganized and now it’s costing me money. Won’t ever return here again.
