  Very friendly staff, especially Tiffany! Had 4 Amazon returns and was shipping two packages. They were efficient, and offered great assistance! Been coming here for a few years and the service is consistent!

  I brought a package in to UPS store to send out. It had the complete address on the package front. The gentleman spent some time typing in the system, the information to ship it out. I was then asked to review and sign screen. However, on reveiwing the screen, I found the send to "complete address" was to a location in Maryland, and not to Washington state, as listed on my package. I found this odd and concerning as to this very blatant wrong entry. Again concerning.

  This ups has got to be the worst I've walked into! Had a few amazon returns. You can feel this guys attitude. Never will i return to this awful store. If you don’t want to be in customer service why do it. Next time I will go back to the other ups in deervalley where they are much more friendly.
