  I wanted to give this location another chance with my Amazon return, but unfortunately, my experience was similar to my previous visit. The lady assisting me had a very unwelcoming and unhappy demeanor, which made my interaction with her uncomfortable. During this visit, I had a question about the process for one of my Amazon returns. When the employee took the printed return information from me, her facial expression and the way she looked at me made me feel as if I were foolish for not knowing the process. Especially the way she answered my question with an unwelcoming tone. I understand that employees deal with many customers throughout the day, and I certainly don’t expect anyone to be overly cheerful, but basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. I don't typically let interactions like this bother me, but after having a similar experience twice at this location, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable returning. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration, as a more welcoming attitude toward customers would make a significant difference.

  Manny is an excellent employee! I go to this location specifically because he is so helpful and his efficiency is unmatched anywhere else. He's always friendly and happy to see everyone. Please continue to employ people like him. Customer service is excellent!

  Needed notary, printing, and faxing services on multiple occasions and Manny was more than willing to help. Felt like a fool having to go back multiple times in a day for the same services but they had no problem helping me. Highly recommended for office needs.
