  I just visited this UPS store just near Kohl's. Abby was very professional and handled my overnight delivery quickly which was appreciated after a long week! Appears to be a well managed, well run store. Thank you!

  The storefront is hidden from the street view, but it's easy to find in the shopping center. There's plenty of parking and spaces are close to the UPS entrance. There were several employees to help everybody in the store. And I was fortunate that one employee opened the door for me. I needed help getting a mailing label from my email, and they helped me. The store received it, printed it, put it on my package, and it was done in two minutes. I'm not a regular customer of this UPS store, but I felt like one and I will definitely will come back to this location when I need UPS services

  I sell items online occasionally through Poshmark & Mercari. I also live in the neighborhood right behind this location yet for the last 5 years I’ve instead had to drive several miles away to other locations because every time I use this location it’s an ordeal or hassle. I recently stopped into this store to ship out a package, I buy the labels through the selling app so all I have to do is show a QR code for them to scan & the label prints & they take the package. As I walked into the store there was 1 customer standing at the counter, 1 young woman behind the counter near the customer, & 1 young man in the back where they load & unload the packages etc. The employee at the counter didn’t look up at me or greet me in any manner. They were all just standing around while she was staring off into space. The customer finally just walked out so I walked upto the counter, I smiled at her & said “Hello”. She didn’t say a word to me so I went on to say I was dropping off a package. She literally huffed & pointed to the self serve tablet against the wall & told me to go print my own label. I explained that the QR codes I’m sent don’t work through that & I’ve always had to have them scanned at the counter. She didn’t even look at me & just told me that “they all work on the tablet”. So I went to try the tablet thinking maybe they’ve updated something etc but nope, I got the same message on the screen saying that code doesn’t work on the self serve & to see an associate so I called over to her to show her. She literally rolled her eyes at me & huffed again! At this point I’m really losing my patience but I’ve remained calm & polite unlike her. Meanwhile, no one has walked into the store it’s only me & all she has to do is scan my phone, hit a button on the computer & hand me a label, yet this is apparently too much to expect from the employee. I again ask her to please just scan my phone as I have to get this package out & she finally does. I thanked her & left. A week later I got a notice from the sales app that my item had been marked as having an incorrect weight & all the money from my sale was withheld. When I opened up the app I saw that she had marked my box as weighing 32lbs! It was a 3lb package. So instead of the $9.99 rate it was supposed to cost I was charged an additional $110! I’m still dealing with the app to get my money & if I can’t through them I’ll have to spend even more time dealing directly with UPS as this is not only unacceptable but fraud! I’ll never set foot in this location again, I thought when I was occasionally desperate to save some time it was worth putting up with crappy service but I’ve now learned it’s never worth the risk! Corporate needs to seriously look into the hiring process & integrity of this location!

  Love this place and staff but asking customers to take screenshots of their Amazon returns before arriving is not effective. Please have public wifi available for returns due to poor reception. Forces people to go to khols down the street just for internet access
