  The reason why I'm giving the full start because I have been visiting this UPS store a lot. I probably go there once or maybe two or three times a week, and each time they have a full staff available. This gives me a fast and efficient service, and I'm very happy with their service.

  Went there around 9 AM to notarize a document. The lady assisting me said she couldn’t notarize it because I had already filled in the date. I understand that it was my mistake, but the way it was communicated came across as rude and unpleasant. A little more kindness and professionalism would have made the experience much better.

  Because they were open Saturday from 4:57 pm until 5 pm, and I was happy because I was able to ship my package. They were very kind, even though it was almost closing time. They were very kind, they checked my package and made me happy. My Saturday and Sunday were great, and I didn't even have to wait until Monday to ship it.
