  The staff should be reviewed at this location, especially Ben. Customer service is poor, unacceptable - the way he speaks to customers is very unprofessional. Please hire new representatives who know how to provide proper customer service.

  Ben is very unprofessional and should not be working in customer service if he can provide customer service. I get the times we are in, and the climate has had a very down-leveling impact on common courtesy, but Ben is in customer service and should conduct himself as such. He says he has been with the company for at least 5 years. If true, why does he not know proper customer service. This location does not deserve business if personnel cannot maintain proper customer service aptitude.

  The staff was outstanding by the way the serviced every costumer including my self they were very informative and very outstanding with answering my questions and concerns I would most definitely go to the same ups location again in the future Thank you so much For training the staff there with excellent costumer service

  They charge $4.00 just to receive an email if you are looking to print something. The printing is separate whichh a printing fee is expected but a fee of $4.00 just to look at an email??? NOPE We went to FEDEX Kinkos. They don't charge to look at an email.
