  3406 W. Olive, I have been to this location a couple of x's to return items on different occasions for QVC and HSN. I was told by HSN to place the item in a trash bag and there shouldn't be a problem since there is a prepaid label so I doubled bagged it to make sure it would be safe. When I got to the store I provided BEN with the prepaid label provided to me by HSN. He then said we can ship this for you but you need to pay 38.63 for the shipping box. I did mention to him I had a prepaid label. The girl that was working with him that day had already taken the bag preparing it for the return which weighed 3 lbs. He told her we cannot take it, she just looked at him and apologized to me!!!... I also mentioned to him that everytime I go in there he has something to say and asked him why he refuses to accept my packages. He did the same thing with some sneakers that I returned. I also had to return some cricket phones in different packages with 3 different return labels back to cricket and supposedly BEN put all three phones on one confirmation label. When I confirmed if all three phones were on the tracking label he said oh I forgot to add 2 of them because you distracted me. I asked him, so it's my fault you didn't do the correct honest thing? And on that specific day I seen when an elderly gentlemen went in there and said, I would like to return this but I do not have a box. BEN said don't worry I got you, I'll pack it for you! The gentleman then asked him how much, he turned around and said don't worry about it I'm not charging you today... But yet and still he wanted to charge me! He also said my return label was for USPS and it was a lie. I had to return, luckily someone else was there and she took the package and apologized for him!... I hope something is done about this situation with BEN!!!... :(

  The staff should be reviewed at this location, especially Ben. Customer service is poor, unacceptable - the way he speaks to customers is very unprofessional. Please hire new representatives who know how to provide proper customer service.

  Ben is very unprofessional and should not be working in customer service if he can provide customer service. I get the times we are in, and the climate has had a very down-leveling impact on common courtesy, but Ben is in customer service and should conduct himself as such. He says he has been with the company for at least 5 years. If true, why does he not know proper customer service. This location does not deserve business if personnel cannot maintain proper customer service aptitude.
