  Ordered our food online for 7:10pm and got here @ 7:15pm there was only 1 customer in line and when I asked if our order was ready he said he was working with someone @ the moment and Mel be right with me after. I said I had already made an online order earlier

  owners changed and this place sucks workers all look like they are being held there, they throw everything on ur sandwich and there’s just no customer service at all

  I went in at around 6 PM today. The man that served me took time and care with my sandwich. It was wonderful. The sandwich even looked like the pictures! I'll definitely come back here again.

  I came in on a Saturday and ordered the daily special “BMT”. I don’t eat ham, so I asked if I could remove the ham from the sandwich. I was told no substitutions, and the manager on the condiments side tells the associate “that’s a spicy Italian” So because I asked for less on my sandwich my order more than doubled in price. From the $4.99 daily special to over $12 bucks I guess I could have just asked for Ham on the side and just thrown it away…
