  Won’t let paying customers use the restroom. Terrible service, need more workers and less attitude. If you don’t want to come to work stay home ! Everyone in the picture hasn’t even ordered yet!

  I placed a delivery order today through DoorDash. I ordered two sandwiches to be delivered to my son while I was at work, but only one sandwich arrived. When I called the store to report the missing item, the employee who answered was rude and dismissed the issue, suggesting the sandwich either fell out of the bag or was eaten by the DoorDash driver. She stated that sandwiches fall out of bags frequently. When I suggested that the restaurant improve its packaging to ensure food safety and prevent this from happening, my feedback was ignored. I was told that the only way to get the missing sandwich was to pick it up myself. This defeats the purpose of paying for a delivery service. Ultimately, the second sandwich was never delivered nor a refund was issued. I was offered a voucher for future purchases, but only if I come into the restaurant to collect it.

  This subway needs more employees. There’s always just one employee working the whole store.

  The employee Carly was super friendly and helpful while making my friends and I’s sandwiches, she was informative about some items being unavailable or low on stock, she was quick and ethical on our orders and I’ll let my friends and family in this area about this Subway.
