  I was there today on June 3, 2026 and I asked the lady for the brown hair and she was short and kind of fat. I wanted a sandwich but I want my bread toasted and then she asked me what meat and I said tuna but from the start, she was already rude not nice at all no hospitality. I just already felt uncomfortable from the start and I was on the phone with my friend that’s pregnant and I’m trying to get her order and the lady warms up the tuna when I said, I just want the bread toasted at first, so then she warms up the tuna in the oven. i didn’t ask for the tuna to be warm like who warms up COLD tuna. and I’m on the phone with my friend confused and scared to talk to The lady working because she was so rude to us and mean and then my friend called later and then The worker was cussing her out. Never go to the subway and 43rn and Bell. i went to the other subway 5932 W Bell Rd Unit D104 Glendale, AZ 85308 United States and told felisha the manager about the situation and she helped me out and got my my correct order

  This is one of the cleanest Subway location that I’ve ever visited the meats and vegetables are well organized , The glass is very clean, No smudges the girls constantly cleaning The tables mopping and sweeping It feel so fresh and organizing in here The customer service it’s amazing

  I accidentally placed my order at a doferent location. It was a little 7 dollar order. Why can’t they just help a loyal customer out once. All the man could say was no sorry. Seems like the human touch had ran out everywhere.

  It was clean inside not busy like other locations and all the vegetables,meats,cheese were fresh on display where you can actually see them through the glass
