  FedEx on 59th Avenue and Thunderbird is amazing. The Staff is extremely helpful, all the ladies (no diss to men, it's just that I've (personally)never seen a male employee here) go above & beyond to assist the customers. I really appreciate how convenient, accommodating & wonderful this location is.

  Needed to ship a package back but unable to due to store policy, will not accept digital ID issued by state, has to have physical ID, find it funny and poor customer service that one of the most technologically driven companies is stuck using old ways of doing things, ended up taking my business to another shipper. Reinforced my decision to avoid FedEx for personal shipping.
