  Poor customer service. Two orders delivered to the wrong place. FedEx refused to listen to my complaint or contact the delivery driver.

  I called ahead and got fees verbally for copy services. I was quoted 25 cents for black and white if they make copy and 22 cents if I did in copy area. I also asked if they had a cutter to cut off binding on a packet I had to copy. When I went in, I ask for help on how to use the cutter as there were no directions. They immediately said.they could cut it and it would cost $6.30, " Is that ok?" No, I would rather save that money for the copies I was told the cutter would not work in self serve. Once I saw how to use the cutter, I showed employee I could separate the glue binding and use cutter. I then decided by the time I do the copies and learn the machine in self serve, I might as well pay the extra 3 cents for them to make copies. I asked for price quote and was told $23.00. Which was about 90 copies which worked out to correct price. Then the employee started to copy and puts in scan code. Qhen finished the said that will be $48 I said what," you quoted me $23." She satiated she forgot to add th extra copies 11 total. Then she said $35.64. I was very upset as we had a death in the family and I waa trying to get this done in a timely fashion. Qhen I got home I looked at the receipt and noted they had charged me 64 cents a copy. I did not get all the copies I needed. I called and told them this and they said ," you can look through our recycle". I was sho ked at the lack of customer service and the attitudes. I had also explained that I was trying to use the funding I had judiciously and I feel they baited me with false quote and took advantage of the situation. I will find another place to do business in future.

  Worst customer service, the ladies are rude and give you attitude period. Will not be going here again.
