  Don't use FedEx. Some of their drivers have no respect for other people's property. The driver was delivering a package to my neighbor's house, not mine. Instead of driving around the neighborhood, he decided to use my driveway to make a U-turn. He came way too close to hitting my parked car, and he left tire marks all over my driveway that I now have to pressure wash off. I shouldn't have to spend my time cleaning up a mess your driver caused. FedEx should be the one taking care of it. I actually watched him stop and hesitate like he was deciding whether he should do it, and then he went ahead and did it anyway. My driveway is not a turnaround spot. Please remind your drivers to go around the neighborhood instead of cutting through people's driveways just because it's more convenient. It's disrespectful, unprofessional, and could easily cause damage to someone's property or vehicle.

  I’ve been going to this FedEx for 20+ years and I’ve always enjoyed everybody that works there But I went there yesterday to drop off my work and I don’t know who the new manager is but let me tell you she was as rude as the day is long. She seemed to be the Only one in there I go in there because the staff is so friendly and I enjoy them, but The morale is gone down you go in there. it’s very Tensenobody smiles. It’s just not a good report anymore. They need to get rid of this manager and get a new one because I won’t go there anymore. I will take my business to UPS. I hope whoever reads this this really takes to heart because she was just flat out rude and she’s always rude when I go in there so I won’t go in there anymore. I will start taking my stuff to UPS

  Lacey at FedEx was absolutely incredible. I was in a total pinch trying to get an important print job done, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly.In a stressful moment, Lacey made the whole experience easy and reassuring. FedEx is lucky to have her - I’m so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend this location because of her! :)
