  This place is disappointing. It used to be better when Steve and Graciela were there. Now... the printer NEVER works. The tallish girl who speaks really quietly and has glasses has no customer service skills at all. I mean, she's kinda cute, but no personality. At least acknowledge me when I come inside. She basically told me I can go to another Cricket because I was standing patiently waiting for her to finish with the customer in front of me. I mean, that's kind of rude. I've been working customer service jobs for 25 years and rule #1 is you never want to turn away the customer. You are just making your business look bad and putting your job at risk. Please Cricket (6+ years loyal customer) come up with a plan, or at least hire better personnel to assist in store. All I wanted to do was pay my bill. Not wait for 15 minutes and be insulted. Thanks.

  Trustworthy, congenial, capable, considerate, professional, reliable....best Cricket team ever. I go out of my way to get here. Store manager, Steve runs the store like businesses used to be run. Reps go out of their way to answer questions, get things moving, all the while..making you feel at home. Worth a trip to get the service and a smile.
