  If I could give a negative -5 rating, I would. This company is a complete rip-off. I have not have any problems, with Cricket in 10 years, but as of this week. I tried to pay my bill online, like usual, 3 days, before it was due, on the 1st of June, the website, will NOT take payments, online and has been broken down as of today. I had to pay $5.50 for an IN store charge, and they charged me a late fee, even though I told them, to wavier it, because THEIR website, was not taking on payments, not MY fault, they refused, and would not even wavier the late charge, because I told them, I am waiting for there website to accept payments. NEVER go to this corrupt company, they will lie and steal your money, even if it is not YOUR fault.

  I came in the store today to ask about the 16e special. I was in there no more than 3 minutes and walked out as I leave I am pulled over by multiple cops saying that me and my friend stole a phone she gave the description of us and the car. This is sad I’m a black rich queen to be profiled and lied on my lawyer will be in touch
