Worst customer service. Stuck up entitled employees. Take advantage of a 65+ year old lady.
I've gone to this location multiple times now trying to fix my grandmother's account for with her there. We've had two phones removed over the past 6 months. My grandmother still been charged for both of those phones even though we had them removed. Her service has been interrupted multiple times by them saying that she's not receiving any kind of service. She can't make calls, texts anything. She's restarted her phone she's gone through. They keep trying to make her come in and buy new SIM cards over and over and over. This store is a complete scam. They will screw you for every dollar they can. This is utterly disgusting. The fact that they can even run a business like this and take advantage of people like this. They have zero morals as people utterly disgusting. I went in. I tried to call them again to get this all corrected. She told me if you have a problem with it you come into the store. You have no right for this and that and I thought to myself y'all are scamming my grandmother out of her money and y'all think this is okay and then you want to get mouthy with your customers. This is an utterly horrible customer service experience they as business owners should not have any type of business. They don't look out for their customers. They're purely about money and they will try to screw you left and right

It is convenient for my family to go to pay for our bill and have questions answered. They are very helpful there.
