  Bought a phone on Thursday. Brought it back on Friday because I can’t hear on it and it won’t hold a charge. Gil’s in the store tell me to bring it back and I do. But all they say is they can’t help me because the manager isn’t in. Two days this has been going on now. Do they not know when the manager is working or do they not know anything at all? They have been extremely rude and disrespectful. The owner has always been great and honest to deal with. These girls make this store look horrible and extremely dishonest. They take your money give you a broken phone and tell you to keep coming back knowing that the manager will not be there to assist anyone. This has to be reported to the company and let them know how this store has been stealing money from customers snd customers sold damaged goods.

  Terrible customer service!!! Worst Cricket store I've ever been to!! The so called manager Jocelyn was sooo rude!! I told her she shouldn't treat customers this way. She said well if you act some kind of way then I will act the same way back. She gave attitude because my son asked for the financial agreement disclosure. She said just sign it it will be in the box. I said no if a customer asks to read something before they sign it you must provide it. That is just plain customer service!! We were going to buy an IPhone but I refused to spend a penny in this store. I asked for someone above her and she said there was no one. She said she was the manager and that's it. I'm the manager of my office and would never treat my patients this way. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with that just go to the Cricket store off of 51st and Thunderbird. It was out of my way but the customer service was excellent!!
