  I placed an order through the mobile app and called the store afterward to request extra sauce on my wings, as I have previously experienced issues with receiving an adequate amount of sauce from this location. The employee I spoke with assured me that he would relay my request to the kitchen staff. Upon arriving home, I was disappointed to find that my wings had very little, if any, sauce on them. When a customer makes a specific request and is assured that it will be communicated and accommodated, there is a reasonable expectation that the request will be followed. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations and was disappointing, particularly given my past experiences with similar issues at this location.

  Xavier has top notch service and pays attention to detail. The quality of service i get everytime is awesome, very friendly and great food everytime. Thanks once again!

  On Super Bowl night, I walked in to pick up my order and it was crazy with the amount of people and orders placed for that night, Xavier at the front even the amount of chaos and the busyness, he still welcomed me with a smile and most of all a great attitude! I walked in last night again not with the same amount of busyness and still had the same smile and welcoming attitude! This kid deserves recognition for outstanding customer service and a great attitude.

  It’s always something with this location chicken never has enough sauce or seasoning, they refuse to give you a large blue cheese dressing they want to give six small cups instead even though you paid full price for a large cup. Lately the fries are pale and dull no seasoning mine are cold rn just picked the food up. I’m going to a different location I’d advise for everyone.
