  Placed an online order an hour in advanced of going to the store. Get to the there who have been waiting 30 plus minutes for their food. I ended up waiting an hour and some of those same people were here waiting too. Not sure what was going on in the back but this is bad.

  Spent $40 on food for my food to be cold and receive wings with no sauce. Is the Mild sauce in the room with us? They could have at least provided sauce on the side if they were going to be too lazy to sauce the wings themselves.

  I just want to take a moment to give Jacob a five-star review for his service today. He did an outstanding job in the store, and since taking over as the new GM, you can really see the positive changes he’s making and the way he’s cleaning up the riffraff. I especially want to recognize the way he treated us today. His professionalism, attitude, and customer service were outstanding. Great job, Jacob! Keep up the good work and keep leading from the front. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
