  ​I am writing to highly commend Alan for his exceptional customer service. Every time I visit this location, he is consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Even on days when I bring in multiple packages, Alan remains patient, efficient, and professional. Employees like him are rare, and his dedication to great service is the primary reason I recommend this specific store. He is a fantastic asset to your team!

  If I could leave a negative 5 star I'd do it. I have to say that I've never experienced such awful customer service EVER! I was trying to return an amazon package as I do usually mulitiple times a week at this location. NEVER AGAIN. The man who claimed to be the business owner refused to help me. HE REFUSED!!! Told his employee to not help me. Told me to leave his store. All because I asked him why he wanted to charge me for printing off the label. This instance I didn't have the QR Code. So I asked why couldn't they just use the print off that they use every time as if I had a QR Code. I'm never charged for that. The owner than yelled at me and told me to leave. It was the most odd experience I had ever had. He even threatoned to call the cop? I was like huh? Call the cops for what? I honestly felt like I was on a get punked tiktok video or spoof. I kept looking around for my buddies to jump out at any moment and say, gotcha and laugh. Seriously this was the experience. I even started to video it my phone. I told the man he was either not stable and asked if I could call for medical attention for him... He was that off the rocker. Never thought the owner would go "postal" in a UPS Postal location. I even asked a couple of other customers if they understood what was even happening. They were laughing and said, "no this man is crazy, nuts" So I grabbed my return and left. Again, such an unreal experience. But I saved some of it on video of the actual owners of UPS Store would like to see it. I'm assuming the store has video as well. You are going to want to get a different owner of this location because this poor little guy at this location isn't going to last very long. People won't go there.
