  My family ordered from here online. When my mom went to pick up the food the gentleman making the food stated the we should have gone through catering even though we orders 5 sandwiches, nachos and chips. Due to the gentleman's manner my mother told him that she was leaving and would eventually talk to the manager. He replied back that his manager was his parent and my mother walked away without our food forcing her get our food at a different location

  I work in the area and come into this location quite frequently, today I was waited on by Mason, very bright and intelligent young man. He welcomed me with a smile and was a pleasure to talk to. He clearly has a great work ethic if the rest of your staff if anything like him, I would assume you have the most amazing staff. The customer service that Mason displayed is a rarity in today’s society. The manager on staff Amanda was as equally friendly and is equally helpful. We need more workers like them in the world.

  It was backed up by like 6 plus online orders with walk ins and Dylan knocked them out fast! Let everyone know that it'll be a little bit ahead of time and as people walked in and that little bit eased everyone. Good job to him and the crew!

  I went to this subway today 4/24/26 at 11 am and had the best friendliest workers help me all 3 on the line today we absolutely amazing great customer service they also made the best sub ever!!! Good job
