  Unfortunately I was in a hurry to get something sent out by fax. I’m pretty sure there was cheaper more efficient ways to take care of what I needed but the older gentleman was too busy treating me like I was an idiot. Then when printing my files the printer defaults to color even for black and white documents so that’s wonderful. Cost me 3x what it should have. I’ll go to UPS next time.

  Aaron was an absolute pleasure. I selected the "hold at facility" option on my deliver since I wasnt avalible during the week for an at home signature. Aaron talked me through the process when I arrived sooner than it was ready and I was still able to come back later for my package. I'm glad Aaron was still there because we was a joy. We had some good banter and cracked some jokes. Always nice when something as mediocre as a package pick up can turn into an interaction that makes you smile. According to his name tag he recently joined the team. Hope you accomplish great things Aaron! With appreciation- Happy Customer Hipp

  Customer service is nonexisting. Nobody wants to help you or assist probably the worst FedEx location I’ve ever been to. Avoid at all cost

  If you’re looking to spend AN HOUR printing 1/10th of your copies, this is the place for you! For an hour I battled their useless WiFi and a dozen error messages trying to print. Manager CarrieAnn is considerably more concerned with putting stickers on boxes than helping the customers in front of her. I watched her intentionally make several people wait for no reason, and heard her being snarky to the “new” FedEx guy that came in. This place is literally the worst.

  Carrianne provided exceptional service. She was super patient and kind when I had several issues with the design I was trying to print. After everything it all turned out perfect!
