  I went to the Gilbert location to get eyebrow lamination. The person burnt off my eyebrows with the chemicals left on too long. She did not advise me what it happened and covered it all up with dark brown gel and eye pencil, and sent me home. Parts of my eyebrows are missing broken off from the chemical. They botched my eyebrows here. Yes, I have called management, but the 800 number only deals with products. Also called Macy’s store managers about the incident. Being refunded is not enough. This is still an ongoing situation, but I wanted to post here in case anyone is thinking of getting their eyebrows done at the Gilbert Macy’s Benefit Brow Bar. Not only did they botch up my eyebrows, but the girl covered it up without telling me that my eyebrows had come off partially and she tried to hide it Instead of informing me that we need to stop the procedure right there and then.
