  had an incredible experience at this UPS location. Needed a complicated, rush print in 24 hours for 3 posters. Moments after I emailed in my request (after the offices had closed), Cordell called me confirming my order, needs, and all other relevant details. They even accommodated a local delivery nearby. The poster came out in excellent condition exactly to the specifications I requested. Prices were very manageable. Thank you to Cordell and everyone else at this location!

  Customer Service is very poor. Went to return prepaid UPS & Amazon packages and was given a attitude...Do yourself a favor and go to the independent mail parcel center in town. They Ship via FedEx, UPS and the US Post Office.

  I went in to return an Amazon purchase (first time returning something there) and I was literally in and out in 90 seconds! Naomi was so helpful, professional and kind! Super blessed to have such great customer service in my backyard!!! Thank you.

  I understand EVERYONE is short-staffed now. I have been here a couple times lately at different times of the day. There is always a line. As I said, I get that. However, today we waited 10+ minutes through the line to be told, "We don't do passport photos." There is a prominent sign over the counter that says they do. I pointed to that & said you should cover or remove that sign. He said they could not. THEN, put up a sign that states they currently don't do passport photos, as you know there is a long line ALL the time, & people are relying on that sign.
