  I've always had excellent service here, until today. I handed the heavyset black guy my fax papers to fax, and as he was walking to the fax machine, he read my entire cover letter- which, MIND YOU, had my name, address, and my mortgage loan number on it!!!!!! That is uncalled for! Our personal papers are none of their business!!!!

  had an incredible experience at this UPS location. Needed a complicated, rush print in 24 hours for 3 posters. Moments after I emailed in my request (after the offices had closed), Cordell called me confirming my order, needs, and all other relevant details. They even accommodated a local delivery nearby. The poster came out in excellent condition exactly to the specifications I requested. Prices were very manageable. Thank you to Cordell and everyone else at this location!

  Customer Service is very poor. Went to return prepaid UPS & Amazon packages and was given a attitude...Do yourself a favor and go to the independent mail parcel center in town. They Ship via FedEx, UPS and the US Post Office.

  Great service and convenient and are able to mail regular us postage mail there too and laminate abilities and copy service. It’s a one stop shop. It saves me time to use them for all there services. I appreciate it! I recommend them highly.
