  I spoke to Vicky today to resolve a credit to our account issue. She was amazing. She looked into everything. She said the process could take a couple of days and that she would let me know when it was done. She called back a couple of hours later and issue was resolved. Great customer service!!!

  Vicky Clark called me this morning and wanted to talk to me about my home and auto insurance renewal. Before I switched to Allstate 5 years ago, I used to dread calls like this. Other insurance company representatives typically would pressure me to add coverage to my policy. Vicky was so nice! She explained all the current coverage that I had, in a way that was easy to understand. I didn't feel pressured to make any changes that I was uncomfortable with. I appreciated receiving her professional opinion on choices I was unsure about. She was able to find money saving options on coverage that no longer fit my needs. I've been very satisfied with the service I've received from Eldon Kizer's Allstate Insurance. I recommend you give them a try if you are looking for great service at a great price!
