  It is too expensive they charged for pickup start $5 $10 for 10lbs and $20 for 20lbs insanity expensive i won't come back to pickup 10lbs for $10 and strongly unrecommended to pickup your package here! goodbye!

  Store would not ship a guitar by ground. Forced to use 2nd day air costing $611.42 to go 2nd day air. Also, they smashed it and would not honor the insurance policy (which is through them, not UPS) stating the box showed up. Their website refused to even take a claim stating it needs to go to UPS which turns you back to the UPS store. I drove to the store and was told to email them some photos and they'll call me in 2 weeks. Unbelievable. Customers need to know that they are not doing business with UPS, rather just a person who got a UPS-like sign to hang out front.

  2.00 to print a prepaid label? Mind you, I have the label printer at home. I was just nearby with my package and thought I'd save the extra trip. Most label printers don't use ink. The labels are literally 0.02 a copy. So am I just paying a 2.00 convenience fee? Corporate greed is disgusting.

  Do not go here for notary services, especially ones for sensitive cases like name changes. The notary took it upon themselves to incorrectly fill out a section of my paperwork which was not apart of the section to be notarized. If I hadn’t caught their mistake and sent off the paperwork I would have been denied. The process of the interaction was so stressful I left in tears
