    Went to UPS on Fourth Street the other day to send my daughter two packages. I've never sent anything bulk before. Jen was so very helpful and efficient! The whole process took only a few minutes! I really appreciate her great customer service and her patience with me! I know I'll need to be sending my daughter more packages and I'll definitely be going back to to see Jen! Thx Jen!!šŸ˜‰
