Quiet, quant location. Service was mediocre, not unfriendly, she didn't smile or even look at us or make eye contact. Timid and shy, first time working with people? As I said, only a critique, she was not unkind; a smile goes a long way.

Ordered an online order from the app and both my sandwiches were completely messed up. Wrong bread, no condiments that I asked for, added ingredients that I didn’t ask for and by the time I got home they were closed for the night. Called the next day after 5pm (I have pictures of the receipt and sandwiches) and the manager did not want to be of help because I did not call first thing in the morning. Unfortunately I work all day/everyday so subway wasn’t the first thing on my mind. Super unfortunate because I come here all the time and this was the first time they’ve messed up my order and now I won’t be coming back.
Great sandwich shop in Flagstaff . I love to get your daily specials . The customer service is awesome too ! Have a blessed day 😇

I came in for a sandwich and ask for a line of Mayo. The manager Devon did a 3 lines back and forth. I told him that isn't a line, that he went back and forth. Right away he said if I have an attitude he will ask me to leave. I don't understand how this guy is a manager when he doesn't like how you order your sandwiches. Completely unacceptable behavior and he shouldn't be working in the service industry.
I just left and didn't care to argue with him.

The people who work here are amazing. There are simply not enough of them. Often if I come in after 6, there's one person who must handle online orders, bake bread, handle the counter, and handle the delivery drivers. Consider hiring more people. If you're having difficulty hiring people, consider offering better pay.
