  FedEx home has been delivering packages incorrectly throughout Flagstaff. They leave the packages in the locker and do not give the code to the Person the package belongs to. They leave perishable food items outside And don’t give you the code for when they put him in the lockers, they dump the packages outside and inside the lockers. You can’t even get a hold of anybody at the office for assistance with this issue as they never answer their phone and they never call you back. They just leave the packages laying out undelivered for anyone to steal very poor business model lazy delivery people.

  Sherry was highly professional, efficient, kind, and knowledgable in helping me ship my box. She was truly an exemplary employee with fantastic customer service skills and I wish I interacted with her for all my shipping needs...and grocery shopping needs and every other thing I do in town. 10/10 highly recommend this location and especially Sherry.
