  I've been here twice to drop off prepaid packages and the employees here are always rude, condescending and unprofessional. The first time I went, Nate was very quick to tell me I couldn't reuse my Amazon box because it was "too thin" (it was a standard box) yet was super quick to try to sell me a box and retain my business when I decided to go home and reprint the label on a "thicker" box. Thyen today, again, same story, dropping off boxes, no problems with that, yet Axl has the nerve to think I was someone else he ran into earlier this week because I was wearing the same shirt as someone else. I will more than gladly drive to the Walgreen's on 4th Street to drop off any packages I use with FedEx - though that business will be dwingling considering The UPS Store at Basha's always has friendly and attentive employees that leave their attitude at the door.
