  Worst service! They had my nephew purchase a phone case, he didn’t really like, he tried to return it just a few minutes later because he wasn’t satisfied but they claim everything is “final sale” but no receipt was provided and he wasn’t not told prior to purchasing a $70 phone case! Completely ridiculous they take advantage of kids or anyone they see vulnerable

  Employees are very courteous location provides a good customer service this location can assist you in most situations and take care of them such as paying phone bill purchasing phone so on so forth it can handle most issues or situations but cannot take care of all problems or issues you may need to go to a different location that handles all situations similar to a corporate location
