  I went Into the Cottonwood AZ store location seeking a notary public. The guy at the counter was so pleasant and friendly and I waited in line to be assisted. Lance R. Peterson was the rudest person I have ever encountered who is employed there. This was a first for me getting paperwork notarized and I had no idea how it worked. Instead of explaining to me he told the guy at the front "I'm not doing it". I'm never going to that store ever again to seek out notary services. I felt like a burden like a nuisance, like I wasn't worth his time. Next time I will go to my bank and get what I need.

  Nice friendly staff, haven't encountered a long wait yet, and have had great experiences with Amazon returns there as well as their faxing and notary services.

  Was in yesterday to ship out a box only to realize the box got completely soaked in my cars . Amanda helped me get a new box get the shipping label off the old box and on to the new and get it sent out the same day! I never felt hurried or rushed by her and genuinely appreciate that and this experience with her and this ups store

  Just had the best customer service from Zack. I can easily say the best customer service I've ever had at any shipping facility.
