  If I could give this 0 stars I would, I called to get some information about Being a new customer to cricket and to go on my husbands line I basically was getting different information and the run around and very rude and unprofessional service which was not needed and some lady had a very bad and unprofessional attuide which was not needed at all and was very disrespectful telling me she needs to free up the phone line, that is very rude and uncalled for and not very professional service for any New customer to come over who does that to someone. You do not speak to people with disrespect first off when a new customer is trying to get answers and help. Second what gives you the right to be so rude to someone for trying to get services that is one way to loose any business and give a bad reputation. Third talking like that to someone with disrespect plus the attuide giving lucky I am not the women I used to be or we would be locking it up, 4th I am going to report this store to Coorprate and letting them know about this person's attuide and how she spoken to me and I hope that they will take actions on her for being so disrespect and rude. I would fire her for the way she is talking and being towards people and how rude she was.

  I’m giving one star review because they need serious work I’m a busy mom had to come in before work early in the morning to help my sons phone so he can call me that the lady that was there had attitude and didn’t help me what so ever horrible customer service
