  I’m giving one star review because they need serious work I’m a busy mom had to come in before work early in the morning to help my sons phone so he can call me that the lady that was there had attitude and didn’t help me what so ever horrible customer service

  Jennifer is amaze-balls. I finally got sick and tired of getting the run around from Cricket customer service and decided to just go in. Took her all of 15 minutes to resolve my issue and she was very friendly.
