  I asked for Bone in. I can't stand getting home and my order was wrong..the cashiers now a days are the worst. Check your food before you leave. Disappointed

  Horrible service. The staff could not possibly show less care for customers. Waited 45 minutes for wings. Forty…..five….minutes

  Wings were ok. Kind of fatty if you ask me. Cheese fries were terrible. Cold and old. Sprite was the best part.

  Do not come here, literally no one knows what they are doing and they were just standing around and looking at their phones. Tell me how my wife who is white waited 35 mins for an order was told we are still working on it and when I walked in to trade spots with her I walk up and they hand me the bag from behind the counter?? I’m Hispanic so What does that make you think? there were like 10 names on the screen, the name I’m looking for not even there and the girl who gave me the bag whipped out her phone not even a millisecond after handing me the order. Do better. Management give a damn for your customers.

  Wingstop has definitely gone downhill. Ordered at 9:40 for pick up at 10:30, I arrived at 10:28 and they hadn't even started my order and who I assumed was the manager was clearly in the front stuffing her face. When I finally got my food home, I opened it up and realize that even though I ordered 24 wings with 18 being one flavor and 6 being the other, they gave me 11 of one flavor and six of the other. So I basically didn't get 25% of my entire order of already overpriced wings. Definitely will be going to other Wingstop locations as this place doesn't seem like they give a damn about the customer or making sure your order is accurate or on time, even though they had almost an hour to do 10 minutes worth of work at most.
