  Don’t usually call people out specifically but the woman with the long dry black hair is giving creepy / not aware of customer support role responsibilities. First, less important but still annoying, I was able to make it to the store before I was helped over the phone. I was on hold for over 4 minutes. Second, and more weird is that when I walked up to the counter for the order, she stopped in her tracks and stared at me with big ol’ eyes like I was the district manager coming to fire her or something. And after a few seconds of awkward silence, and after I realized she was looking at me, I told her the name on the order. Yeah, I would maybe say “hi, how can I help you tonight?” at the very least. I mean who just stares at the customer and expects them to make the first move im not trying to interrupt you if you are working, I can wait my turn

  Paid good money for disappointment. These workers made the wings with nothing but hate and it’s almost as if they hate the job they chose. I ordered 5 different “flavors” and they tasted so plain I had to force myself to eat what I paid for. This place is pathetic. I am never spending money here again.

  This location is horrible. So many people in the kitchen yet somehow no orders are coming out. A DoorDasher was waiting around for an order for quite a while. The lady told him the order was “stolen” by another dasher and that it happens all the time. Idk that just sounds odd. This location needs help. It was such a weird experience. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

  Walked in to the girl giving me a mean look for no reason. She said it would be a 30 minute wait or longer to place any order. This was at 5pm. Last time I waste my time driving to this dump.
