  Fries very undercooked and severely over salted. Saltiest fries I've ever had by far. Someone is in the kitchen just dumping massive amounts of salt. Wings (bone in) were very OVER cooked. My jaw hurts from having to clench down so hard to bite through them and chew them. Definitely the worst wings and fries I've ever had from this location tonight. It's gradually worse every time. All time low tonight. Gross. Get your kitchen figured out.

  We were really looking forward to trying this place because we were craving wings, and the deal for 20 wings, a large fry, and four different flavors at a great price sounded perfect. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived right when they opened and were met with extremely grumpy and unfriendly employees. When we looked at our receipt, we realized we had also been charged for a drink we never ordered or received. They did refund the charge, but the interaction was still unnecessarily cold and unpleasant. We left while our food was being prepared and came back when it was ready. When we walked in, the employee handed us our food and immediately walked away while using their personal cellphone. There was no friendliness, no "thank you," and honestly no sense that they cared about providing good customer service. Unfortunately, the food wasn't much better. The wings were lacking flavor, and overall the food was nothing worth coming back for. Between the poor customer service, the cold attitude from the employees, and the disappointing food, we have absolutely no reason to return. We really wanted to like this place, but the entire experience was a letdown. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  Ordered online waited 1 hour to get food. Just for them forget major sides. Also some wings were MISSING. Called and asked to speak to store manager I offered to bring back the ENTIRE order and she said NO. No apology whatsoever just didn’t care. Now having to drive to another wing stop and pay another $40 just to get dinner tonight. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION . They don’t care about anything. Customer service is TRASH. You might as well eat at home.

  Was there to pick up a door dash order, guy was friendly enough, but when I got up to check on the order a lady in the back was using her hand to put wings in the fryer--NO GLOVES !!!! Seriously gross. Won't be ordering for myself here.**** Just watched her come up front, touch the register and then grab her phone 🤮🤮🤮🤮

  I asked for Bone in. I can't stand getting home and my order was wrong..the cashiers now a days are the worst. Check your food before you leave. Disappointed
