  Encountered a condescending and rude female employee here today. I use this location often because it's close to my house and I ship a lot of packages for my small business. Probably will not be returning after today. I approached a male employee with prepaid packages in hand and asked if their store plans to get a package dropbox soon like FedEx and USPS have. The female employee next to him chimed in (wasn't even being helped by her) and said "Well FedEx and USPS are separate entities. FedEx is its own entity." As if I stepped into an alternate reality and had no clue which store I was in. I said "Yes, I know that.. but I'm asking if this UPS store specifically is planning to get a dropbox." Her response didn’t even address what I asked, and after I clarified, she just repeated the same irrelevant explanation. Even if the real answer was, “No, we don’t have plans for one,” or “That’s controlled by corporate/the property owner,” she could have just said that. I was asking a straightforward question while standing there with prepaid packages. A simple, normal customer-service response would’ve taken less effort than the weird lecture about “separate entities.”

  Do not use this place they over charge me by 4 dollars and they are possibly trying to steal your personal information because the guy behind the counter was trying to steal the copy of the Va paperwork

  My new company requires fingerprints to finish the background check & it's mandatory that you use their PrintScan device, which is only available at UPS Stores. I first visited the location on south Alma School Road in Chandler & they were NO help whatsoever. Thank goodness Jenny was there today at this location because she took the time to help me accomplish this final task with a rather troublesome machine. She walked me through the steps with patience, a great attitude, and a fine sense of humor. Now I have a sense of relief that this task is finally behind me. Thanks Jenny!
