- SSStacyJun 1, 20265.0My new company requires fingerprints to finish the background check & it's mandatory that you use their PrintScan device, which is only available at UPS Stores. I first visited the location on south Alma School Road in Chandler & they were NO help whatsoever. Thank goodness Jenny was there today at this location because she took the time to help me accomplish this final task with a rather troublesome machine. She walked me through the steps with patience, a great attitude, and a fine sense of humor. Now I have a sense of relief that this task is finally behind me. Thanks Jenny!
- DCDevin CrumApr 28, 20262.0I had to come here spontaneously to print a document. They charged me $3.22 for 1 black and white document. Usually I go to Walgreens or CVS and they charge about $0.30 per copy. Not sure why it was 10x as much at UPS but the lady said "they charge different amounts at different stores". I'm SO glad I only ordered 1 copy. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the woman who helped me was nice. I hope I don't have to come here again, I'll happily go to CVS and print out 10 copies of what I need for the price of 1 here at UPS.
