  Had a terrible experience at this store today. I have been coming here regularly, and the staff has always been very helpful, so today’s experience was especially disappointing. I was trying to return a large item at the kiosk. The instructions said “no box, no label,” but the item was too large to fit into a bag. I had already processed a couple of other returns at the kiosk without any issues. All I asked the employee was if she could help me since this particular item wouldn’t fit in a bag. Unfortunately, her response was extremely rude and dismissive. She asked me what the return instructions said and told me to “read it.” I explained that it said “no box, no label,” and she rudely told me to fit the item into a bag. I explained again that it physically would not fit, but she continued to tell me to do the same thing rather than trying to help because the label says it. I eventually went to the counter and was able to complete the return. I didn’t want to escalate the situation at the time because I simply wanted to get my return taken care of, but I do feel the manager should be aware of what happened. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that is not an acceptable way to speak to or treat customers. She really needs to work on her customer service and communication. I would have appreciated even a little patience and willingness to help instead of being made to feel like I was inconveniencing her. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially given that I have always had positive experiences with the staff here in the past.

  I came into the store to get a print job done and the store was organized and very clean. Celeste was amazing and super helpful.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mak, Matthew, and the entire team are AMAZING! They are always so friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely go above and beyond. Exceptional customer service every time—I truly appreciate them and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend this UPS team! ❤️

  My experience here was incredible and the employee who helped me (Matt) was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding what I needed. I have never been inside of a better UPS!

  I come here a lot for shipping and other business services and the prices here can't be beat. I never have to wait long and the staff is always courteous and helpful!
