During one of the most emotional and overwhelming times of my life preparing critical court documents for my mom, this UPS Store was truly a blessing.

Mak especially were absolutely AMAZING. Professional, organized, patient, kind, positive, and completely on top of everything every single step of the way. The organization and accuracy of these documents were incredibly important for court, and they handled everything with such care and excellence.
Nathan was also wonderful and helpful, and together this team created such an uplifting environment. What stood out to me most was not just how skilled they are at what they do — but the energy in this place. You can genuinely feel the positivity, teamwork, and love they have for helping people.
In a moment where I was carrying so much stress and emotion, they somehow made me feel calm, supported, happy, and taken care of. That meant more to me than I can express.
I am truly so happy, grateful, and thankful for all of them.

They lost my package by delivering to wrong address locally even though the address was for another state . They did it all wrong from entering the address wrong ( only street address and apartment was right but wrong city ). They also did not address and became rude saying they can not do anything and it’s ups driver s fault . They state they will try to contact ups annd will give us call back but in the end I had to call them back next days . They shrugging their shoulder that they can not do any thing and also did not guide us further except saying that we can go and try to retrieve it . Very non apologetic and rude Crew . Just kept saying we can’t do anything . Did not give us any further guidance to how to claim or if they will do it .
Worst UPS Store experience I’ve had.
Kelli kept changing her reason for refusing my USPS drop-off—first saying pickup was done, then the driver had no space, then saying she didn’t want to overload him. None of it was consistent.
She told me to go to PostNet, even though the same USPS driver services both locations. Then she called the driver, who gave yet another conflicting explanation.
Instead of resolving anything, she called the owner (Dan), who didn’t listen, refused the shipment, and escalated it to the point of threatening to call the police.
I called back for clarification and she wouldn’t even come to the phone.
Unprofessional, inconsistent, and a complete waste of time. Escalating to corporate and USPS.

We needed two foam selfie posters made at the last minute, and Celeste at The UPS Store was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to get them done quickly and perfectly. She was extremely kind, professional, and made the whole process so easy. We’re so grateful for her help, highly recommend this location!
Please do not use this UPS location! one of their employees was overwhelmed and busy when i came in and put the wrong label on my package! the manager did nothing to help and actually blamed it on me and said it was my responsability to ensure the correct label was used. its been almost an entire month and my package is lost becusae she misslabeled and forgot to put the usps label on the package (it required a UPS and usps label) I have also reached out to the owners of the location and they never even responded to my email! This particular employee was more concerned about how much my item was that i shipped instead of helping me resolve the issue point blank asked me "how much was the bag i am scared now" horrific experiance. DO BETTER.
