  I love this place. I don’t know the staff’s names but every single time, they have been helpful and engaging, funny and friendly. This place is near my home but I would go here anyway because the service is absolutely top-notch

  DO NOT go to this franchise location. They are incredibly rude!!! I should have looked at the 3 star reviews and all the complaints about how awful they are. I was treated horribly and literally bullied out of the store because one random woman in line decided that she was going to bully ME all because I stood up for myself. Unfortunately this was a very tricky situation because once one person started yelling at me the next guy starts in on me too. It was like a hive mind situation where they just kind of fed off each other and all starting yelling at me, naturally I’m going to get upset. I had no one to back me up. The only thing I was hoping to have my back was cameras in the building, but according to the manager they don’t have cameras. So now it became my word against all those people. Unfortunately I got completely singled out and literally bullied out of the store. Who is the owner going to believe???? Obviously the majority of the people ganging up on me! I was the only brown person in the store and never have felt sorry for myself or used the race card but I sincerely am completely at a loss as to what happened, I can’t think of another reason! The gal at the counter with curly hair tried to say that she didn’t see me standing there when I was clearly standing behind the gentleman she was helping when I walked in. When she finished helping him she completely and deliberately looked passed me at the people next to me although they were behind me and asked them “who’s next?” I sat for a few seconds completely confused, not sure what was happening and all I said was “excuse me, I’m next” she looks straight at me, gives me a really nasty look then looks away. Not saying a word to me and immediately the lady in line and two other guys all started in on me. I never yelled or was threatening in any way shape or form. It was until afterwards that I became offended and hurt so yes, I raised my voice like I’m sure that woman in line and another person would do if they were treated that way. I later called to speak to the manager and she informed me that her employees had already called and told her about it, so it was clear that she already made the decision to believe them fully and dismiss my concerns!. I have not received a call or apology from the owners I have never in my life been treated so badly! I felt so humiliated, bullied and dismissed! And this wasn’t all that happened, haven’t mentioned how the manager treated me in the phone! but you better believe that I will always stick up for myself if I have to and I will not be apologetic about it. I deserve and apology from the employee, the manager and the owner, but so far nothing. I had two small packages to return and never got the help I needed. Never again!!!!

  There was someone at the Amazon kiosk returning a bunch of stuff so I waited in the general line because there were multiple staff members available behind the counter and only one customer being assisted. I was told to go wait back at the kiosk instead of being helped at the main counter. The lady was nice about it but I don't understand why you wouldn't want to keep the lines moving and clear the waiting room out. Call me crazy.

  Aynessa is always such a delight! Every time I come in to ship something, scan, or have a document notarized she is always so professional, friendly, smiling, and goes above and beyond for UPS customers. Give that girl a raise ASAP! :)

  Worst UPS store experience I've ever had. Employees are lazy, condescending, and just straight up disrespectful. Take your business to the UPS store on Alma school and Chandler heights, they will actually treat you like they appreciate your business and wont treat you like a nuisance.
